The J5Slips.org Steering Group currently comprises councillors and residents from along the route of the A25 between Wrotham Heath and Chipstead, supported by technical, planning and environmental experts.  Administration is managed by a small executive team, elected from the Steering Group.

Membership of the J5Slips.org Steering Group is by invitation.  However, formal support for the campaign to provide East Facing Slips at junction 5 of the M25 is actively sought from individuals, organisations, official bodies, councillors and councils serving the area of West Kent affected by the traffic nightmare caused by the lack of a fully functioning interchange.
